MOUNT MAKILING

      The mystical Mt. Makiling is an inactive volcano, raising to about 1,109 meter above sea level. According to legends, the slopes of Mt. Makiling are shaped like that of a woman reclining down Mt. Makiling is ideal for all types of nature tripping –from trekking to bird and butterfly watching, and even camping. Legends surrounding the mountain relates to Maria Makiling, which is said to be the 'guardian' of the mountain. Mount Makiling is a state-owned forest reserve administered by the University of the Philippines, Los Baños, Laguna. Prior its transfer to the university, the mountain was the first national park of the Philippines. Mountainers can see the amazing top view of Mt. Makiling for only 10 php! 

CROCODILE LAKE

      Crocodile Lake is also known as Alligator Lake, is a freshwater crater lake located in Barangay Tadlac, in the municipality of Los Baños of Laguna province in the Philippines. The lake-filled maar is located along the southern shore of Laguna de Bay, the largest lake in the country, with Alligator Lake protruding out of the shore of the larger lake. If not for its slightly-elevated crater rim, Alligator Lake would be wholly engulfed by Laguna de Bay. Prior to the introduction of aquaculture, Alligator Lake was considered as an oligotrophic lake, having low nutrient content and low algal production, resulting in very clear water with high drinking-water quality.

PANDIN LAKE

      Pandin and Yambo are twin crater lakes separated by a narrow strip of land. They are part of the Seven Lakes system in San Pablo, and are situated at Brgy. San Lorenzo in San Pablo City of Laguna province in the Philippines. Lake Pandin is said to be "the most pristine" of the seven lakes of San Pablo. Pandin has an area of 20.5 hectares and a maximum depth of 63 meters. It has a calculated volume of 6,600 cubic meters of water in storage. Pandin is considered oligotrophic because of the abundant plant and fish life.  

      Entrance fee is 180 php or 360 php for those who will order food. This is per person. Their food is tilapia, rice, shrimp and buko juice. After enjoying the view, you can enjoy the warm water of the lake!

      

PAGSANJAN FALLS

      Pagsanjan Falls (indigenous name: Magdapio Falls) is one of the most famous waterfalls in the Philippines Located in the province of Laguna, the falls is one of the major tourist attractions of the region. The three-drop waterfall is reached by a river trip on dugout canoe, known locally as Shooting the rapids, originating from the municipality of Pagsanjan,which originates from any of the resorts along Bumbungan and Balanac Rivers. 

    

      You can visit this beautiful environment of Pagsanjan Falls for only 200 php, including Pueblo Ecopark entrance fee, ladder fee, use of harness and safety gears, raft fee to Main falls. You can enjoy boating, swimming and have a beautiful background for your selfie!

DALITIWAN RIVER

      Dalitiwan Resort is well known for being a running water-typed resort showcasing icy cold water flowing from Mount Banahaw springs. It is located in barangay Ilayang Banga. The terrain is rugged as mountain lands go, and the cool waters of the river gush through the rocks and boulders along the watercourse in sweeping currents. To get there, you'll have to ride a jeep or a trike for 3 minutes or so from the town proper going far down the area before ascending to the zigzag road.

       The water in the swimming pool is all natural, untreated/unchlorinated. Bring your families here in the water-typed resort with a low rate! This cold spring resort is a great getaway for families because of the amenities they provide - cottages for day trips and overnight stay, grilling area, and of course, the swimming pool.For a whole day trip the  entrance fees are php 80 per adult and php 70 per child and for overnight entrance fee: php 150 per adult and php 140 per child.

BURUWIAN FALLS

      The Buruwisan Falls is one of the five falls found in the Sierra Madre Mountain Ranges, the others being Guiling-Guiling Falls, Lanzones Falls, Binaytuan Falls, and Sebakon Falls. Most of these falls are still unexplored. Buruwisan Falls is the most popular because it is the most accessible among the falls. It has a drop of more or less 50-meters, giving it a reputation as "an excellent training ground for neophyte mountain climbers." The waters of Buruwisan eventually meet the waters of the Lanzones falls, and then lead to the much bigger Binaytuan Falls, which has a more or less 200-meter drop. Its water is clear and cool. Tourist or visitors can see this beautiful falls for only 20 php of entrance fee. 

THREE FALLS

      Three Falls (Indigenous Name: Barók Falls) can be found in Barangay Laurel, Santa Maria, Laguna. These are the two falls that can be found in Laurel. Aambon Falls and Three Falls are near to each Other . The water is very clear and very cold. Along the way of Barangay Laurel, there's a hanging bridge that you will notice. Its a bridge that connects the barangay to the Three Falls. It is legit 3 waterfalls that you may see, and the second waterfalls best describe the name of the place since it has three waterfalls in it. The basin might not appeal for swimmers but if you’re just looking for a good place to take a dip this one is best for you.

        You can go hiking, picnic and swimming at the same time and place! Trekkers would witness and experience cold, clear, gushing water on their way to both falls, which are actually near each other. And it has very affordable entrance fee of 20 php! So come on tryyy!!

CALIRAYA MOUNTAIN RIVER

      Caliraya Lake is a man-made lake situated in the municipalities of Lumban, Cavinti, and Kalayaan in Laguna province, Philippines. Created in 1939, the lake has developed as a popular spot for water sports and outdoor recreation including fishing. Surrounding the lake are a number of resorts catering to tourists and vacation homes abound because of the beautiful scenery and favorable climate.

MOUNT MABILOG

      Nestled between the beautiful lakes of San Pablo City are mountainous terrains that straddle the city’s borders with nearby Nagcarlan and Calauan.  Mt. Mabilog, which sits at the border of Brgy. Sta. Catalina, San Pablo, and Brgy. Sulsuguin, Nagcarlan. At 428 MASL, it is shorter than nearby Mts. Kalisungan and Atimla, but it is closer to the lakes, being within the city limits of San Pablo,which is said surrounded by the mountains surrounded by San Pablo Laguna's pride, the Seven Lakes. Perhaps it is the rounded plateau that serves as the summit of this mountain that gave rise to its name, which means “round”. 

      

      

LAGUNA DE BAY

      The Laguna de Bay, one of the five largest freshwater lakes in the whole of Southeast Asia and a major source of food and livelihood for thousands of people, is slowly dying from industrial and household pollution. The lake is shaped like a stylized 'W', with two peninsulas jutting out from the northern shore. Between these peninsulas, the middle lobe fills the large volcanic Laguna Caldera. In the middle of the lake is the large island of Talim, which falls under the jurisdiction of the towns of Binangonan and Cardona in Rizal province. The lake is one of the primary sources of freshwater fish in the country. Its water drains to Manila Bay via the Pasig River.
